Sandra Swoboda

He is one of the founders and partners of Compass Property Sales .

Born and raised in northern Germany, Sandra continued her studies in Denmark, the Netherlands, and Portugal. Sandra decided to move to Portugal permanently in 2005 after discovering her love for Tavira and the eastern Algarve during a national table tennis competition. In 2007, she began her career in real estate and subsequently became one of the most respected real estate agents in the eastern Algarve. In addition to her native German, Sandra is fluent in Portuguese, English, and French.

Paul Greenhalgh  

He is one of the founders and partners of Compass Property Sales .

Born in Greater Manchester and raised in Yorkshire, Paul always longed to live and work outside the UK. Numerous holidays in the Algarve during the 1990s proved tempting enough, and in 2000 he moved to Portugal permanently. For the first 11 years, Paul focused on selling residential properties and building plots, predominantly in the Golden Triangle of the Central Algarve. In 2011, he decided to expand his sales area and expertise to the entire Central Algarve, including areas in Vilamoura, Boliqueime, Loulé, Almancil, São Brás, Santa Bárbara de Nexe and Estoi. With the opening of Compass Property Sales, his knowledge and enthusiasm for Tavira and the rest of the Eastern Algarve have now been consolidated. 

Sara Encarnação

Sara was born in Tavira and has lived here all her life. Having started her real estate career in 2002, Sara worked for a local real estate company before moving to a national agency, gaining invaluable experience and knowledge about all facets of the real estate sector. After a few years away pursuing other activities, we are very pleased to see Sara back in the real estate market here at Compass Property Sales.
